Effective
These terms are an agreement between you and Syntax Lab Technology, the developer of Drillshot. By installing or playing the game you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the game.
License
You get a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the game on devices you own or control. We keep all other rights in the game.
Fair use
Do not cheat, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the game, except where the law gives you the right to.
Virtual coins
Coins are earned by playing and spent on upgrades inside the game. They have no real-world value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money. Coins and progress are stored only on your device. If you uninstall the game, clear its data or lose the device, we cannot restore them.
Ads
The game is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional. We do not control which ads appear and cannot promise an ad will be available when you want a reward. See the privacy policy for what AdMob collects.
Provided as is
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or stop offering the game or any feature at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Syntax Lab Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or progress, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow you to waive.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version applies from the effective date shown at the top of this page. Playing the game after that date means you accept it.
